The SWDC is led by a Coordinator and a Steering Committee of members that have adopted the Mission and Values of the SWDC and are democratically elected by the membership of the collaborative. The Steering Committee is responsible for coordinating the SWDC, including developing its own work plan, engaging in the work of the various committees and working groups, and evaluating the work of the collaborative.
